In early 2014, Marthe graduated from the TU Delft with her work on the transformation of the Central Market Hall in Amsterdam West. During studies, she completed an internship at Broekbakema and studied at the Italian Politecnico di Milano for six months. Her first professional role was as a freelance architect for QWINQ and Jos Rhemrev, where she became proficient in the renovation of canal houses, dwellings and schools.

Marthe has been part of Team V since 2015. Here, she’s worked on the renovation of the TU/e Atlas in Eindhoven, Diakonessen Hospital in Utrecht and various design competitions. She is currently working on the TU/e Gemini project.

Marthe designs buildings with great attention to specific demands of users. She strives to create healthy buildings where people feel comfortable and inspired. In 2019, she followed a masterclass Environmental Psychology.

Marthe is a member of both the Interior Expert Team and the Sustainability Expert Team.
